Welcome to my portfolio site.  I am a UX Lead Designer / Researcher / Manager with 15+ years of experience in software product companies including language learning, digital payments, electronic medical records, and enterprise apps. I have managed and mentored other designers as head of a UX group. I have extensive experience with design thinking methods and designing products across multiple platforms (mobile, web, and watch). Currently, I work as a UX consultant.

I got my start as a designer years ago with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture. I recently completed a second graduate degree, a Master’s in Human Factors in Information Design (2017).
